1. Perishable Product Policy
Due to the nature of fresh, perishable food products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
We may offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You received the wrong product
- There is a verified quality issue
In such cases, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- Your pet does not like the food
- Failure to properly transition your pet’s diet
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information
4. Resolution Options
If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the order
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
