1. Perishable Product Policy

Due to the nature of fresh, perishable food products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.


2. Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a verified quality issue

📌 In such cases, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Your pet does not like the food
  • Failure to properly transition your pet’s diet
  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information

4. Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the order
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
